Woodturning Classes

From evening classes to bespoke training programs, we can provide whatever you require.

The day starts with a quick overview of what we intend to cover, an H&S briefing to ensure everyone stays safe, then onto the fun stuff!

Tea, coffee and water are available whenever you need a break and lunch is served around 12:30.

We run two types of training courses: set classes designed to cover different aspects of turning and bespoke courses built around an individual, or a group.

Classes are available to suit all skill levels, from total beginner to experienced turners wanting to refine their skills - or try a new technique.

Courses take place in a purpose built workshop, just outside Glasgow.

I’m a registered AWGB tutor - with over 10 years woodturning experience.

Choose the class that’s right for you.

A Woodturning Experience.

This is a one day course, giving you the chance to experience woodturning for the first time, no experience is required, all materials and safety equipment are provided.

By the end of the day, you’ll have a beautiful, handmade bowl to take home - made from a high quality wood such as oak, elm, beach or ash.
